Canvas prints
Every print is made to order for you, so I can't accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
If your print arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email me within 7 days of delivery with a few photos of the print, the box and the shipping label. I'll send a free replacement, or refund you in full if a replacement isn't possible. You won't need to send the damaged print back unless I ask.
Cancelling a print order: prints go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email me as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, I'll cancel and refund the full amount.
Original paintings
If an original painting isn't right for you, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. It must come back in the same condition, in its original packaging, insured for its full value. Return shipping is paid by you. Once the painting arrives back safely, I refund the full purchase price. Email me before sending anything so I can confirm the return address.
If an original arrives damaged in transit, email me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and keep all the packaging: the shipment is insured, and the carrier may need to inspect it. We'll agree on a repair, a refund or another solution.
Commissions
A commission is painted just for you, so it can't be returned. The deposit and the refund terms for each commission are agreed in writing before I start.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal (PayPal balance, bank, Venmo or card). PayPal usually shows the refund within a few days; card refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
