Canvas prints
Made to order. Every canvas print is printed, stretched, inspected and packed for you after you order. Production takes 2–3 business days. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Pacific Time start production the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Where prints ship.
- Contiguous US (48 states and Washington, DC): free shipping on every print.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses: available for prints up to 30 × 40 in unframed, or 20 × 20 / 18 × 24 in framed, for $30 per print. For larger pieces, contact me for a quote.
- Outside the US: I don't ship prints internationally at the moment. Contact me and I'll let you know when I do.
- Prints can't be delivered to PO Boxes. Please use a street address.
Delivery time. After production, prints ship by FedEx/UPS Ground or USPS and usually take 1–7 business days in transit, so most orders arrive within 3–10 business days of ordering. Large and oversize pieces may take a few days longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees: carriers occasionally run late, especially around the holidays.
Tracking. When your print ships, I email you the tracking number.
Packaging. Canvases are sealed in a protective bag with corner protection and shipped in a sturdy box sized for the piece. Framed canvases get extra protection around the frame and corners. The box carries no invoice or prices, so a print can go straight to someone as a gift.
Original paintings
I pack every original myself and ship it fully insured, free within the contiguous US. Originals usually ship within 3–7 business days of your order, and a signature may be required on delivery. I'll email you the tracking number as soon as it ships.
To send an original to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, a military address or outside the US, please contact me before ordering.
Please check your address
I ship to the address you enter at checkout. Once a print is in production the address usually can't be changed, and most shipments can't be rerouted. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, I can send it again, but the new shipping cost is yours.
Damaged, defective or lost
- Damaged or defective prints: email me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, the box and packing, and the shipping label. I'll send a free replacement, or a refund if a replacement isn't possible. Please keep the print and packaging until I confirm.
- Lost parcels: if tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't find it, or it hasn't moved for 7 business days, contact me. I'll open a trace with the carrier and make it right.

If I can't ship within the time shown, I'll email you with a new date and you can cancel for a full refund. I won't hold an order for more than 30 days without your agreement.
Taxes
US sales tax is shown at checkout where it applies.
